: Absolutely nothing!! Sorry the worst hotel I have ever booked on booking as well as in Hongkong!

: First of all the block my credit card already one week in advance even it was described no deposit needed full payment at the property! Really old hotel on a construction site location which doesnt match to the description and pictures at booking! Room not clean, towels dirty, shower head damaged, leakage washbasin blocked and safe doesnt work. Matts from the bed seems to be from the 70s and are hard like stone. Staff unfriendly and not really interested to solve any of the room problems. Room rate per night with around 1k Hongkong Dollars is a insolence! We leave after one night even we lose some money.

: 1stly we arrived on the 01/10/23 only to hear at reception from other tenants that they were not happy as pool was advertised yet it was closed and why as temperatures were still in the low 30 degree Celsius mark that set alarm bells as I was waiting to be given my own room number I watched one of your receptionist tell a customer it's winter that was so wrong of her and rude also she couldn't hide the fact she was trying not to laugh about it a very poor and improper attitude to customers. The Bathroom had filthy walls and mould in tiles and the bathroom was very very small there was nowhere to put your toiletries.exept on the toilet seat, also you advertise swimming pool yet it was closed by management with no previous communication to say it would be closed apart from us finding a notice in our room so that made it virtually impossible to get a refund or price drop we were not notified about pool the temperature again being on average 30 plus Celsius we had travelled from overseas so we had no way of getting another place to stay you also say you have a mini or bar fridge what we had was disgusting to say the least.the size of the fridge was only able to hold 2 complimentary bottles of water and the fridge did not cool them at all very disappointed plus the fact when we walked into our room we found on the floor an empty condom or Durex wrapper what a pleasant surprise
