: This hotel is meant to be 5 stars? Facilities maybe but there was no service at the hotel. Massive crowds sitting in the lobby. Long lines for check in. Waited over an hour for tooth paste to be delivered to room including 3 calls to house keeping. Difficult to get through to in-room dining. No one to help with luggage on the way in or out of the hotel. With that said, the hotel has low ceilings but the decor is incredibly charming and you really feel like you are staying at a hotel in Amsterdam and not a big chain hotel.

: Staff In expieranced busy doing nothing very rude and very un helpful speaking only about check in staff stayed before few times had no problem will try again

: Booked 1 night with booking . Com got checked in no problem checked out went back second night booked on booking .com arrived and would not except booking sent us in our way with no help I don’t believe they had not a room available as we called half hour before and was room available so then booked with booking . Com they give me a letter to explain no room and was booking .com s fault not good for your company

: The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was perfect with nice toiletries. They had bottled water available with crystal glasses. They also had wine glasses available in our room .

: We had a bit of a mishap with spilled water on our bed, had to call the front desk for new linen, it was later and housekeeping already went home. The gentleman that arrived was not pleasant to begin with, but after some time began to warm up.
