: + What we liked were all about spacefull area of the hotel 0 level where were lobby , restaurant and bar with small terrace located . + And the gym area were pretty good too plus available 24hrs. BUT there is no SPA area available at all and no treatments menu has been found . They explained it as if you wish to get treatment they have to call therapists in advance to manage a treatment . + Some members of Restaurant staff on the breakfast were good at times BUT if you happen to be late for 5 mins they could start move the buffet plates almost straight out of your hands .

: 1. - Disorganization of early in room breakfast Delivery . Placed the breakfast order for 6:00 am on the hanger outside the door before 3am . Breakfast has been delivered late for 20minutes! without any advanced warning or apology. Almost missed early train to France because of that issue . 2. - Housekeeping service been loosing points on changing bed sheets and cleaning / vacuuming the floor! Every time we back in room after cleaning is done we found same crumbles and remains we left on the carpet before we leave. Carpet has not been vacuumed for the whole 11 nights stay even once . One night we spilled red wine on the sheet and when we got back to the made up bed next day after cleaning were done we found same dirty stained with a red wine sheets perfectly tucked under bed edges!! This is impossible to imagine how was that possible to overlook . The rest aspects of of the cleaning remains dusty and undone at most spots . Good surprise Upon our arrival was to find dirty black sock lost by previous guest (we only guess ) inside the locker! 3. - Our stay coincide with the birthday date of one of the quests , the fact of that event been completely missed out by hotel staff. No verbal or physical sign of gratters / compliments has been ever received throughout the whole stay . ( instead upon our first request for the flower vase we been waiting the whole hour watching flowers slowly dehydrating listening the staff explaining there is no vases remained in the whole hotel , and for the second request following day for another vase we been happily offered the steel saucepan from the kitchen!) happily declined that and been waiting for another while for a chance to receive a normal one . 4. - Event of Late night stumble in door (23:15) ignoring ‘not disturb ’ door sign ( knocking sound reached the bathroom!) have not been requesting anything or expecting anyone to come that time . Nonsense disturbance . 5.

: The overall experience was great, the rooms were nice and clean and the staff were very friendly! However, I hoped it was a little bit closer to the centre but I would recommend it if you want to stay in a more quite area.

: BREAKFAST AND LOCATION GOOD

: THE HOTEL BADLY NEEDS A TOASTER, IT WAS LIKE WATCHING PAINT DRY . IT HAD AN ELECTRIC TOASTER WHICH MOST HOTELS DON'T USE ANY MORE AND IT WAS SO SLOW. MY FRIEND ALSO HAD TO GET STAFF TO OPEN THE DOOR TO THE STAIRS EVERY TIME SHE WANTED TO GO UP TO HER ROOM, AS SHE WONT GO INTO THE LIFT AND THAT WAS RIDICULOUS.

: Hotel is not very close to the city centre. But still quite convenient as the tram is only a few minutes walk and the supermarket is just across the street. The Malaysian restaurant on the ground floor taste pretty good!

: Water pressure from the shower is not strong enough.

: I stay their with my family. Staff is very helpful and services oriented including front desk, concierge, room services & restaurant. Breakfast was excellent; we never had better breakfast in Europe. Asian restaurant serve really good dinner. We didn't use much TV but I think it could improve. Location was good for us; not in the center but not far from center, walking distance from Metro. Across the street their was grocery store where you can buy extra water and other stuff.
