: It was a good comfortable vacation for us. All staffs was always smiling and interested to us. Attention, beach, pools, spa, restaurants and other facilities was really good. Thank u for all.

: Its far away from city center. And most touristic companies are not coming till hotel. Maybe hotel can have more facilities to go city center. And Hotels tours was extremely expensive according to other tour companies.

: Friendly staff and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and the beach is amazing. A nice reef with decent snorkelling and lots of fish. Even managed to see a sting ray!

: Check in took 50 minutes even though there was no queue. Paving work started at 8am so it sounded like a building site from early on.

: My rooms were still in someone’s else’s name for the first day and half and charging to the room was problematic due to the error on check in. Charges were made in advance of check in despite booking saying no prepayment and all charges settled at the hotel.

: Tiring Pillows, extra charges on dinner beverages even water, the hotel needs more entertainment at night, activities for teens at night to make sure not to feel bored specially for long stays

: Great food quality and variety, decent helpful staff, Kids corner in buffet where they can actually get the food themselves is a great idea which the kids like a lot. Weather was exceptional.

: animation team is a bit inexperienced even in getting kids attention, although compared to many other hotels the recreation and kids facilities are great yet the teams in other hotels are much more lively.
