: I like the location, it so great , hotel lobby is big , room size is big , and swimming pool view on the roof is nice ,and the young guy who working in the restaurant every morning ( i do not know his name ) has a great warm smile and welcome

: The reception staff is so so welcome , the room bed mattress was not convenient , TV very small size according to room space , bathtub not efficient and the floor is sliding ceramic . should changed the bathtub to shower room .

: Lovely views from rooftop of the area. Breakfast was good variety and delicious Staff was very helpful and communicated well. Nice experience.

: Staff very helpful with excellent English and communication skills and great dinner recommendations locally. Staff provided free left luggage whilst we went to Halong Bay for the day and the option of a shower and room to change when we returned. Good breakfast in room with a view over the lake and city.

: The hotel was very noisy during the night. This was due to other guests banging the heavy doors and a screaming baby in the corridor and next door. Perhaps the insulation around the doors, the internal windows and carpeting the corridor could be considered.

: Great hotel. Staff are very efficient and helpful. Breakfast had everything you could possibly wish for! Pool was very refreshing! location is right in the centre of the old quarter, super handy!

: It is quite expensive. Sun loungers are very limited around the pool. Rooms can be quite dark with no real windows.

: Pool and rooftop bar and restaurant great. Room size excellent had an interior view room (no window) but it was fine. Staff extremely helpful

: Housekeeping rather noisy in the morning with their walkie talkies. If you want to sleep past 7.30 good luck take earplugs
