: Staff were brilliant, very welcoming, eager to help. The room was clean & comfortable, the bed was the great. The view from the room wasn't terrific, we overlooked a laneway but it was quiet. The view from the pool was amazing. Breakfast and food in general was delicious.

: On the whole the hotel room was amazing, it included free tea and coffee facilities and water. We opted for the junior suite room with the outside pool which was great. I would advise taking plug in mosquitoes repellent as they were very prevalent. The sky bar and pool was great, although situated in the opposite block to our room.

: There is a lot of building working happening near by, which in our first room was extremely noisy. However when we asked to be relocated the hotel happily obliged. Lots of pigeons and mosquitoes around the restaurant during breakfast. When the food or plates ran out they weren’t very quick to replen. From our side of the hotel, after 6pm, you had to walk through the restaurant to exit which felt intrusive to be people having diner.

: Hotel is new and have new rooms, this is the only good thing

: - Theres a new building and noisy near the hotel, its really noisy even in far room ( we requested from hotel to cancel our rooms but they just want to refund us 50% !! ) even they didnt mention this in booking.com about the noisy from the new building - NO Hot water in bathroom showerbox for 5 Min only, then no Hot water ( i make complain 2 time nothing fixed ) room 4111 - The pool access rooms is not like what is in booking.com,, its really small pool and not like other Phuket resorts - The room service not cleaning the room properly, they even not cleaning the floor - AC is not that cold and its come hot after using it for 4 5 hrs, ( i make complain about this nothing fixed )

: Except for the construction worker for nearby building, the Charm is excellent. Will come back again.
