: The refrigerators in the rooms were of poor quality and not cold enough for the use in a city where the temperatures can easily hit 48 degrees. Please take action.

: - Rooms were like mini apartments, private and spread across large grounds - Staff very helpful and hospitable - In particular Food & Beverage Manager and Reception Manager

: The Spa - Hammam was broken was most of my weeks stay (I don’t know if it was repaired as after 5 days went to town instead) - Ridiculous policy in a five star hotel when on half board you cannot so much as have a glass of water with your meal (I understand wine and even soft drinks but no water???)

: The location and the swimming pool The rooms are ok but not cleaned at all. The foods just just good not many varieties and the waiters are impolite.

: Clean hotel, with nice pools. Away from the busy Medina. Polite staff generally. They also provided some extra candys, sweets and nuts for a special occasion we had. 2 small bottles of water served every day after room cleaning. Shuttle is a good option for the Medina but with limited routes. But hotel can provide a taxi driver for a fair price.

: Breakfast: after 9:30 there is no available table to sit. All tables were used, emptied but not cleaned. You have to sit, ask for the table to be cleaned (if you find staff eager to do it) ask for coffee, ask for knife, fork etc. Most of the staff (not all) , were "hiding" so you don't call them! Location: if you don't have the all inclusive, there is no other option near the hotel to eat dinner, so you can only eat at the hotel for 30 euros per person for the buffet, or some other expensive asian/morocco a la cart restaurants. The Medina is about 25 minutes with taxi, and costs 25 euro, alle retour booked from the hotel. Shuttle: it's available and free, but last route for the Medina is around 7, and last route back to the hotel is at 8pm. Pool: sunbeds are not enough for everyone

: The staff were very friendly and very helpful with whatever it was we needed help with. The hotel is beautiful and very spacious with two big swimming pools!!

: I didn’t agree with how you have to give a deposit in for the towels for the swimming pool as every hotel should give you towels as you are staying there with them. Although we got our money back I still didn’t think it was right to do that.

: I liked the pools, rooms, grounds, facilities and the food. The pools boys were great, very attentive and helpful.

: It’s a shame that the same couldn’t be said about the restaurant staff across all of the restaurants. I think they just like to take their time to come over and ask for your order and drinks. It’s not even like the restaurants are busy - at points we were the only customers in Baramika, Mezze and The Pool bar, but it took staff 10+ minutes to come over and give us a menu and then another 10 minutes for drinks. Not that I’m moaning, but that level of service doesn’t complement the rest of the hotel.
