: The pool area looks amazing! Nice big pool. The spa was also very impressive! Friendly staff

: The breakfast area was abit chaotic. Was hard to enjoy and relax with the meal. The spa was great, but a little pricy! And they cost of the night was higher than mentioned at booking.com. The hotel has a weird location. You feel like it’s really far from the new/old town but it isn’t that far. The taxi drivers outside the hotel will do their best to overcharge you. Be aware.

: The location was good as it was away from the noise of the markets but was onliy a short taxi ride away from them. The swimming pool was also very nice.

: It was slightly dated and was extremely dark everywhere. I think it would be fair to say it’s more of a 4 start hotel than a 5. The food was not very nice at the breakfast buffet and the pool side bar.

: • Staff were great, as was customer service. • Hotel facilities were excellent (pool, lounge, restaurants, gym and spa). • Plenty of variety/options for breakfast.

: • TV didn't work, plus no remote provided. • A/C system was poor, perhaps outdated. • Strict policy on bringing food in from outside. • Bad odour coming from bathroom basin once tap is running (only a problem in one out of the two rooms we booked).
