Excellent
:
Staff friendly and attentive, breakfast excellent, rooms reasonably well equipped, spacious and clean.
:
Room service prices didn't match rooms service menu! Evening meal wasn't particularly good or good value for money. Mark up on drinks was astounding - 2,000% on a coke for example. Location a little remote.

Wow, well what a hotel! After many stays in some of the world's most fantastic hotels, this one is right up there in my top 5 (amongst The Fullerton in Singapore, Edition in London, Le Reverie in Saigon, Chateau Les Crayeres in Reims). Its so rare these days to find a hotel that really makes you go nuts with excitment, but this one is it...
The rooms are simply stunning. The service is some of the best I've ever seen, if not the best! Staff so friendly, so attentive, makes you feel absolutely special.
The hotel has one of the nicest swimming pools I've ever seen. Simply beautiful. There is an AMAZING spa with amazing therapists who'll do anything from the traditional caring hammam, gentle massage to a full-blown but very precise beating you up to make your muscles relax. I went back for three treatments in one day!
The food is brilliant, both Moroccan and Mediterranean menus and Chef, who comes from Nice, is clearly at the top of his game. Fine dining and wonderful service. The restaurant has a lovely terrace overlooking lovely pools which are candlelit at night. Drinks are however very expensive and both quality of the wine list and pricing is out of step with other hotels in this league.

This is a new hotel and almost empty. Now we know why... because this place doesn't accept kids so nobody can come. What an epic fail and a grand insult to customers spending thousands of euros per visit... One of the nicest hotels in the world but I can't come ever again because I can't bring my wife and son.
The general manager told me to just "leave my son at home". Right. As a father of four, I would have expected him to understand that my child is also my best friend. He explained "there's no specific kids pool so there's nothing here for them". Erm, what about their families sir? Kids don't need a kids pool, they just want to come on holiday and be part of a family, not get left at home.
I'm lucky enough to travel frequently to Relais Chateaux hotels, world class restaurants and always with my son. Noting that the hotel is almost empty, I even offered to visit this amazing hotel up to 10 times over year if they would review that policy, but no. Its It's bad for business to turn down tens of thousands each year on the premise of creating some kind of adults retreat. I've never once been told anywhere else that my son isn't welcome. Moreover he's usually made a fuss of as happy parents spend money like it's going out of fashion.
Sadly, for all of us, this place is now likely to remain quite empty. I expect it'll get sold on in some years due to lack of occupancy.
Most couples with money, also have kids. Big fail and thoroughly insulting that this hotel is discriminatory between who counts as a real person in their view.
Oh one other negative: someone was cleaning the rim this morning with neat hydrochloric acid. He was wearing a face mask and the stone was bubbling furiously... only issue is I was in the pool and no effort was made to ensure no leakage of cleaning solution into the pool.
Lastly the title on booking.com should state clearly "adults only".

Wonderful
:
The interior design is a worthy enough reason to go and visit. Absolutely enchanting, candle dinner at night + big green garden among the dessert brings the surreal experience to another level. Stayed at many 5 star , exclusive resort boutique hotels this is the most fairy tale like place I have been.
:
The 4cm step drop directly outside the room door , during our stay myself and mum almost tripped 3 times because of it. It’s a health hazard.
No English menu, you can figure out what the dishes are but only have vague idea.. bath room floor become very slippery if there are any waters , remember use the Matt after taking a bath!
