: There was a good choice of food if you were prepared to try something new/unusual. The aqua park and pools were a highlight for us keeping the kids very entertained. The kids club was ok but quite basic in terms of what was available to play with. The animation team were brilliant and very friendly. They got everyone involved and really gave the hotel a nice vibe.

: The beds we're uncomfortable so we didn't sleep all that well but it wasn't a major issue. The all inclusive drinks were only really worth it if you got wine. The measurements in the "cocktails" weren't the best and the cups they came in were really small. Multiple times I went for a cocktail and didn't even get alcohol in them one time I just got sparkling water. Milk is served pretty much a room temp which wasn't good. Even the milk advertised as cold milk wasn't cold.

: The pool area and the aqua park were spacious and clean. Always managed to find space too. The staff were all excellent, polite and friendly and the animation team were amazing and always tried their best to involve all guests. For staff and the outside grounds I rate it as a 5*.

: The building itself is very outdated. The furniture very old and rusty and the property needs a full refurbishment. So no where near a 5* but more like a 3*. The food selection was good but very limited for children. They need to cater better for little children (just pasta, pizza and chips everyday is not good).
