: Very friendly staff. A terrific swimming pool . Large rooms ,plenty storage and a great bathroom and a lovely breakfast room.

: Difficult to understand the staff sometimes as levels of English was poor unlike Singapore. We had to buy swim caps as you couldn’t swim in pool without one.

: The room was very clean, the breakfast was quite good, the location was central to a number of attractions. The pool was an attraction to the hotel.

: Some of the staff were not very friendly or helpful, especially in the restaurant area. A hotel of this size, brand and type should make a bigger effort to ensure that all staff are friendly and courteous to guests.
