: The cleaning staff was coughing and sneezing in our room for the last 2 days when cleaning our room. We informed the front desk, they imediately took action to check on the clesaning staff, sanitize our room twice and offerred to change our room for us. They assured us the cleaning staff is fine too. The hotel constantly santized the area and checked the tempature of all visitors and staff. They also provided sanitizer for all visitors. We felt safe and assured.

: Location is convenient.

: Went out in the morning, returned back to room at 5pm. Once opened room door was shocked that room was still not cleaned up. Called the Reception they said will check with housekeeping but could not provide reason why. A few minutes later some one knock on the door. Housekeeping Supervisor and staff standing outside asking to clean room. We told them to come back at 5.30pm as we need to take a rest. Asked what happened why our room not cleaned. The reply was staff is new and work slower and probably missed out our room. Is this reason acceptable? Anyway, we returned later in the night and the room is done plus a plate of complimentary fresh fruits. The room small window is behind the bed. The top of curtain do not completed covered the window. Hence early morning sunlight came through and quite disturbing.

: Spending a night there when they did a general electricity supply maintenance: I barely slept that day. Having my body temperature checked each and every time I went in, meaning six or seven times a day, for four consecutive days

: The hotel have access to metro underground but no elevators, not convenient if you carry a suitcase , have to lug your suitcase up n down the steps .....

: Then when i asked f9r chabging of the room, they immediatelly change and helped me fix and over a new room.without an.extra fee. The room boy was very helpfull. All the lthe room, in inculluding the one i didnt like that much, actualy are very neat and clean. Once you enter the room, the first impression is very good, very neat and very wll maintained. The second room they over is room no 914, exelllence room. Will go there again.

: Location was great for going to Taipei Main Station.

: Outdated room facilities. Stayed in two rooms and, overall, had the following issues: - Toilet was broken and couldn't flush. - Air ventilation was poor on the 9th floor. My wife had trouble breathing at night, so we requested for a room change. - Very noisy at night. Can literally hear our neighbors talk and traffic outside.
