: Sultan Resort has a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, at nighttime, it’s pretty quite and at daytime it’s full of activities. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

: On my 2nd day, the water stopped for 2 hours without any contact before it's stoppage. The lock of the balcony window couldn't be closed.

: There is no sandy beach there. So kids won’t have fun on it. The beach is a rocky coral beach with no depth at all so no swimming for beginners. You must be a great swimmer to be able to swim in the open edge of the sea.

: Special thanks for Rody (part from the animation team) which was the main reason to continue to stay in this hotel, she was very active and she tries to help us especially she supported our kids. I was having an issue in the restaurant, however, the manger was very Professional and he made me very satisfied with the performance of the staff (thanks to Mr. Mohamed Omar and thanks for Alla which was very helpful. The hotel has a good infrastructure and still upgrading

: The swimming pool guards is very un-professional and has bad behaver. My daughter can swim well and the guard has tested her. She has swum to the other side without any support. He informs us that she must wear a jacket for safety with very bad behaver. However, I refused, and my daughter was swimming for 7 days without anything happened to her. My comments 6 guards in the swimming pool to make the kids wear the safety jacket not to support the people Guards have very bad behavior sometimes they were allowing for kids also to swim while the ministry instruction is to not allow, that’s mean they are not following the instructions anyway. I saw many of similar case happened like that, one of them the after the guard have problem with one of the mother's he informs his friend that if the kid Drown let him drink some water to make his mother see what happens based on her decision, relay that’s happening in 5 stars hotel. in addition to the above They need to restudy the stairs of the Roman Theater as its completely not safe for kids They need to focus on the selection of staff, their qualifications, their behaviors and their suitability for five-star hotels
