: Having two TV's in the room was a great idea for keeping children busy while we watched movies. Friendly concierge and good service overall

: The weather was a huge factor for our trip. We were not able to fully enjoy the hotel. Please add retractable windows and door to pool areas. Especially for those coming during off season. Add more variety to you dining options. Many of us do not want pork for every meal. Add turkey products and vegetarian food to menus.

: I enjoyed my stay here. They have activities for kids, heated pool, free pizza when we came there and kitchenette!!!!!! We save money staying here! Great time!

: Parking garage is a major deal. You would have to walk a good way back and forth to your car. At the time we were here, it was windy and raining. Which means we were in the rain set to get back and forth to your vehicle. Other than that, great stay.

: Dunes Village Resort could had inform us that they indoor water park was close & the windows weren’t up. They didn’t try to make any price adjustments or didn’t send the 30% coupon that they said they were sending. Horrible service & room had holes in wall & windows were leaking rain throughout stay. Dirty walls & doors we took pictures

: We stay here every time we come to Myrtle Beach. It was way too cold to use the water park though. It was a great location and we love the facility.

: The elevator in the parking garage was broken which meant we had to walk down and up several flights of steps to get to the car. Valet roped off the entire 2nd floor so that could have been a shorter walk. The wind could be heard in our room the entire time we were there, like someone left a window or door cracked. Empty shampoo bottles were in the main shower which makes me wonder if the shower was cleaned after the last guests.

: Brian, in housekeeping took excellent care of us. He talked to us each day of our stay and redefined customer service. He treated us great.

: Selena the overnight front desk representative was very helpful and courteous.

: The amenities that we specifically went for were closed. Manager Helen I believe her name was stated that it was stated on the company website. However I booked thru booking.com , so I guess that was my mistake.. additionally we had issues with the heat and also the ice maker not workig.

: The room was nice and clean.

: The beds were uncomfortable. But the biggest disappointment was the in door pool was closed. The only reason we came was for mine and my sons birthday. The hotel website offered an indoor pool with kid friendly options. When we got there the pool was closed, the staff said the pool next door was open but not fully Inclosed. When we went next door it was fully open and the kids couldn’t swim because of the weather. Very disappointed!!

: One of the water parks in palm tower was shut down. The palmetto tower water park was open but it was 45 degrees with no sides on it
