: The room was very spacious with everything working and all the comforts one requires. Staff were very well turned out and attentive to guests needs. Large swimming pool with segregated children's area. Long clean beach area with a nice grassed area behind for those who prefer to stay out of the sand. Food was good but there was also plenty of local establishments to sample local cuisine.

: Shuttle buses to the Old Town could have been more frequent. Although there was a large selection of dishes for breakfast and the quality was very good the variety remained the same every day.

: Great location and breakfast. Very relaxing stay. beautifully manicured gardens and pool, very calm and peaceful but only 70% occupancy as low season. Weather great and no rain despite being beginning of monsoon season. close to Hoi an and relatively cheap to get there in taxi. Very friendly and helpfuil staff - great service all round. good restaurants nearby and reasonable. Lovely rooms and spacious with great balconies. Good pool side food and service. Perfect sea to swim in, calm and warm. enjoyed jetski and trips to My Son and Cham islands snorkelling

: Could benefit from more shuttle times to Hoi An. Gym adequate but bit small. would have welcomed more kid club offers for older children and activities eg football on beach etc. there didnt seem to be anything organised from what we saw. Luckily our son's best friend was staying at the next hotel, Tropical beach resort, which kept him occupied otherwise we might have struggled. Bed a little soft. More fans for outside breakfast area.

: Beach was great. Pool great when kids aren’t there.

: Breakfast poor. Only western juice was pineapple and carrot. Some staff were unhelpful. Outdated rooms. Shower leaked. Pillows were shocking. Marketed as a 5 star hotel but certainly not. Probably much better if staying with a family rather than a couple.

: I made a lot of requests while making a reservation, and they solved all the requests and the consultation was very friendly. The resort was also very nice and I think the resort's accommodation costs are reasonable. Breakfast was especially good. I exchanged the dollar for Vietnamese Dong at the resort, which exchange rate was better than Lotte Mart in Da Nang. The exchange rate fluctuates every day, so I'll just give you a reference. There are good restaurants and massage shops near the resort and there is a shuttle bus to Hoi An Old Town four times a day. I will visit Hoi An again and will choose this resort without hesitation.

: Personally, I don't think the beaches are as good as My Khe Beach. The beach is not too dirty but I think it needs some cleaning.

: Very attentive and friendly staff- nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was great with a very good variety for vegetarians. Good clean beach. Good sized rooms which were very clean. Nice pool. Selection of vegetarian food in Colibri restaurant was small and pricey for Vietnam but was good

: There was an extra charge for tennis racket rental - racket usage should be free. Great to have a complimentary shuttle bus service to Hoi an centre but frequency needs to be increased.
