: The location on the river was perfect. A short stroll into the Old Town for sights, gorgeous local food and shopping. The property is beautifully kept. The staff were attentive but not overbearing. The attention to detail was faultless.

: Very expensive for not the most amazing facilities. The pool was average and the pool towels were very old and need to be replaced. Same as the bath towels. Unfortunately I feel that this hotel are charging based on their name rather than quality!

: Location is good, service is always helpful and smiley and generally the resort is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

: Services and transfers offered by the hotel are a way over market price; for example a trip to My Son was offered for 150 USD, while outside will cost 35 USD on a new car for a couple. Price of beverages is also too expensive. Rooms are Ok, but not so big and the external corridor is before the river, so you have to close the shades when you are inside.

: Extremely clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Location couldn't be more ideal. Right at the heart of the old town, but still in a quieter street. Just perfect!

: Wifi disconnects often, but that's irrelevant in such a beautiful location. I could wish for a private beach the hotel would own and provide regular free transfer to. (Instead of the crowded public beach) I would prefer they'd ask before charging a few dollars for local benefits. I don't mind doing it, just don't like having the surprise on my bill at check-out.

: Excellent location for the old quarter - just a few minutes walk. The room was large and well-equipped. The balcony that is listed in the descrption is not a private balcony, it's like an open balcony that opens onto the walkway for all people walking past the corridor. This is the same for all rooms in the hotel. Breakfast was great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable.

: There was a sunken bath in our room and initially we were thrilled, but when we looked closer, we were not sure if the marble was mouldy or dirty or if it was the pattern of the marble. We think that the stains on the marble looked dirty although it may not have been. Nothing else to complain about.

: Incredible breakfast. Lovely room. Excellently placed within a short walk of the old town. Good value for money considering all factors.

: Was disappointed that the running machine that is advertised everywhere did not in fact exist. The food and drinks were incredibly expensive, not just for Vietnam but compared to any standards. Pool was great, though the number of trees meant having to move a lot to stay in the sun.
