: Everything was just great, the beach area and specially the access to the beach was really awesome and amazing. The breakfast was perfect in terms of quality and verity however I was expecting to have lentil soup that is one of the great Turkish adds to the BF table.

: Strayed twice between 4 days. It's a good hotel to be based when visiting the Old Town. Taxi's are available and there is a Carrefour next to the hotel. Breakfast was good but repeated, no complaints. Close to the airport and the taxi cost 70TL from the hotel. Nice views of the Mediterranean ocean from the room. I recommend this hotel and will visit again.

: The convenience, location, and food were great. The room was comfortable especially with the sea view, wide space, big beds and large bathroom.

: The room cleaning was very modest. The floor was mopped with a dry cloth and dust was not removed throughout our stay for 1 week! My daughter had an accident and the hotel management sent us to a very expensive nearby hospital, which charged us a sum of 300 US dollars for a small cut in the chin that needed only adhesive glue and wound plasters. The hotel should have covered part of the costs by their insurance. The hotel staff were not really friendly, and did not speak good English.

: Reception staff excellent, restaurant staff excellent, beach staff excellent. Pool bar staff not friendly and rude. We were sitting one night by the pool and we had our own drink which I prefer and is not available at the hotel. The attendant came to us and said you cannot drink here. I told him we got this from our room and he insisted to check my wife’s bag, etc etc. of course we did not have a bottle just a drink in our glass. After verification he left. This was not a proper approach. I respect the hotel policy that they don’t want customers to bring drinks from outside because they want to sell their own but it was a special whiskey that I bought in duty free and was not a big deal.

: Everything was perfect except that housekeeping did not commensurate with a 5 stars hotel. We requested cleaning one day but it was never done. In other days it was okay and acceptable.

: the staff were very good and helpful i like the spa & massage. it was fantastic and affordable price. the 360 room was a new experience for us. it was wonderful.
