: Hotel staff is very positive. They do their job very well. The location of Hotel is in the city centre and close the airport. Rooms surrounded by mirrors and have a sexy adult concept. Food and dinner were great.

: You feel stay in Hospital and resturant like Fire station. Very uncomfartable bed. Very old decoration and is not proper for 5 star hotel. Staff does not help sometimes.

: I loved the staff in the SPA but I believe it may be a separate company. They are absolutely lovely and kind. They were very professional.

: I didn’t like the room. Scuff marks everywhere, they tried filling areas on the wall or painting and it looked terrible. The furnitures were just old and worn. The property had mould in shower and also around or in AC. Alerted staff first night I was asthmatic and was told I could not change my room until the morning so I slept on the balcony. Was then showed a room in the morning by reception staff and it was no different. I asked the cleaners to clean mould in the bathroom (only one I noticed at time). Bathroom was small, the toilets were all bruised and worn. The rooms are just not 5* the entrance is very extravagant and the outer building and that’s about it. I then ate egg shells in pancake both me and my partner then the following day a walnut shell from their mushroom and walnut stew both at breakfast. tried ordering room service the staff couldn’t understand my English (crystal clear)and sent me to resident experience who said to me you cannot order food from here I needed to call bk room service then rooms service told me I needed to go to the bar at the pool to place my order. When I ordered the items to take to my room the waiter asked “why didn’t you order room service?” Luckily my partner joined me at the pool which saved carrying the items to my room. Made a complaint via booking. Com I was told I couldn’t get a full refund however I would need to find other accommodation (mind you the complaint was dealt with 4 days into my stay) therefore, she (the manager) would need to contact sales manager to authorise. there’s no point moving my hotel (I’m trying to enjoy holidays and pre booked excursions) but I would accept a part payment. The manager then said okay I can sort it myself, I’ll order training to staff and please accept a complimentary dinner for now, I will arrange for mould in and around AC to be removed (because I was right chested and couldn’t sleep well) I was told by the manager she would contact me and let me know. Nothing!!!!!

: The hotel is no doubt beautiful but they need to calm down with the white and red theme.It honestly felt like we were in a lab. And my only complain is they need to work on the AC.its old fashioned and troubled us during our stay. Other than that,the location was perfect and so was the pillow menu.Oh,the breakfast was amazing too.

: Super kind staff The hotel looks amazing - have a lot to offer. The location is not exactly in the center but close to everything. The water park is great not just for kids We had the best time!!!!!

: - Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. - Friendly staff, fulfilled every request we had. - Nice rooms, clean, all had a balcony. - They have "tea time" every day at 17:00, with tea and cackes- we really enjoyed that. - Private beach, with enough beds and parasols for everyone, with no extra money.

: The food can be improved, it had too much oil in all dishes. Some days there were some bad fruit with mold on them. other than that, we have no complaints.
