: We don’t like the staff in restaurants and bars. They want a money for all(not direct).if you don’t give a money, they are not polite. I wait 10 minutes for one drink on the bar , and i say to one man (Hasan)” excuse me” and he say me “excuse me too with smile”. I don’t like this. He want a money, i know!

: -We were given a room that is far away from good standard, but we complained and they switched us to a better room following day. We were happy that it has been changed, but also not sure why the first room was not great. -The food is good and the cleanliness in the room and the outdoor facilities is outstanding!

: -My wife is scared of Cats and badly phobic from them (Ailurophobia). The issue with this property is that it is full of cats everywhere when you are in any of the outdoor facilities, all corridors, all seating area, in all outdoor restaurants and I really found this disgusting as the cats never stopped bothering us to give them food, even there are Cats near swimming pools. We have had many incidents and my wife was very uncomfortable all the times once outdoor. We have informed the staff in different locations and they never helped, some of them have actually laughed at us and mumbled in Turkish which we didn’t understand. -The WI-FI is only free in the 3 main lobbies, but never anywhere else. We both Purchased 4 days internet packaged costed €13 each, but the connection was rubbish most of the times, also last day there was no connection in the room at all and we tried multiple times, even contacted the reception who stated will try and help but nothing happened. On the checkout i informed the receptionist about that and he still insisted that we pay the outstanding €8 balance with no consideration of what we said. -I guess this is a common thing in Turkey having been there many times, but usually when we go to five stars hotel this was not a big issue, still in this hotel the communication with the staff was very insufficient as almost all of them lack even the basic knowledge of English language even the guys at the reception couple of times. I did not really expect this poor communication skills from the hotel staff.

: Very specific oriental design. Some public rooms very similar to Hong Kong design from Bruce Lee movies. Food is ok. Beach side looks interesting. Seawater pool near main building. A lot of bars. Nice lady in reception that provide full information about hotels and city life. Process of check in very easy and fast.

: A little old, necessary to create upgrade. Bath size very small and darker. Carpets needs to change. Quality of drinks is very average.

: No free wifi in the hotel, only at reception. Quite small area near the sea, it is hard to find place to lay down. Quite poor food selection.
