The Grand Tour of Copenhagen is a leisurely paced walking tour including a short comfort break and shows you the main sites in Copenhagen. The tour is approximately 3 hours long. You will start at the Town Hall Square and finish at Amalienborg palace while talking all about history, culture, people, food and much more in between. Think of this tour as a perfect introduction to Copenhagen!
The tour will start next to the Dragon Fountain at the Town Hall Square at 10:00am sharp.
From the town hall square we will move through the city centre as we learn about Danish history, culture, people, and food while walking by the old court house, many open squares, Christiansborg palace and cozy little streets. After this first palace we take a small break with the opportunity to use the restroom, or buy a snack or drink.
The second half of our tour shows some of the big sites in Copenhagen including the Royal Theatres, Marble Church, Nyhavn, and Amalienborg Palace.
The tour will finish close to Amalienborg Palace, which is a close walk away from the little mermaid sculpture.
