: The room was cold. I have immediately noted the heating system in the bathroom was not working and alerted the staff. They answered me it had a centralized timetable and would have been switched on later at night. It never did. When I came back late at night in the room I was freezing. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience at the reception the day after. In case you are assigned with room 301 ask immediately to change it: nothing works, the heating system, not the hydro massage. Even the boiler almost exploded when I turned it on!!

: Poor directions to meet water taxi from train station, they were very help but just missed some important details No English tea or coffee in room when we arrived plus they didn’t even top up supplies, I asked the first and second day then didn’t bother after that Only one electrical socket we could use and we have to share that with the kettle TV didn’t work but they fixed that pretty quickly

: The breakfast coffee is one of the best in Italy. The style of the hotel matches Venice style which is was great. The staff were more than nice. The bathroom is great.

: Excellent Hotel. We booked a standard room, but when we arrived we had been allotted a suite? Didn't query it, just checked the price and had only been charged as standard so all good. Room 104 (shown in the hotel pics - dark walls etc) was brilliant. Breakfast was good, Yes it's hotdog sausages and only scrambled egg, but get over it! if you want a full English don't go abroad.....good selection of pastries, fruit and cold meats though. Coffee is just about ok, but drinkable. Location is spot on, 5 mins to San Marco and 10 mins from Rialto. Loads of restaurants within 10mins. The Caffe bar Brasilia is just outside of the hotel and serves until the early hours. Our room was overlooking the bar, but we never heard any noise so no problem there plus it was handy for a late nightcap. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

: Nothing....others comments here have moaned about there being no lift? No English tv, dark rooms, etc. Laughable really, it's Venice ok. Old buildings so there won't be lifts will there lol. And English tv? Why go there to watch tv?

: The room was very nice and spacious very Venetian style . Only 3 minutes walk from the luxury boutiques and 8 minutes walk from Saint Mark square . Also the stuff was so kind and helpful.
