: - The value for money (Deluxe room prices but not very averagely appointed - it is sad that despite being pretty expensive, everything is designed to extract as many additional costs out of you as possible - the restaurant seems to base your unreserved access on the likelihood of a tip despite being a paying hotel guest - Bar and lunch very pricey - relatively isolated from Valencia city centre

: The Hotel/Resort was fantastic. Nice areas to walk around, good gym, swimming pools & if you wanted a Spa or massage you could do that to. We were lucky enough to be there for there for one of the Flamingo shows, which goes for over an hour, & we really enjoyed it. Staff were all friendly.

: Had to jump in a taxi when we went into Old Valencia for a walk around. Maybe for a fee the hotel could have its own shuttle. There were other restaurants & bars, just along from the hotel, & some of them seemed to like playing loud music all day!!

: Everything is as it should be expected in a 5 star Hotel. Well maintained. Its the nicest beach hotel in V. Great location, a taxi into the city is 15min and 13€. Very nice bar outside, great breakfast, friendly staff. We would definitely come back.

: Great location and majority of staff very kind especially the lobby bar and pool bar area are very friendly indeed. Facilities are nice the small pool was just perfect for a little girl who could just stand up in it while she is learning to swim. Restaurant is very nice but a tad pricey for what you get. The room was exceptional and the balcony was huge which was excellent for us being able to relax in there while our daughter had a nap during the day.

: Our daughter is 2 years old and still had a bottle 2/3 times a day. In spain its difficult to find fresh refrigerated milk from a shop sonwe had to get it from the hotel. We explained that it was for a baby girl and they still charged us €6 euro per glass each time. I found this extremely disappointing. There were a number of days that we found a good few ants on our bedroom floor again disappointing with a child. Lastly some of the telephone room service staff were very rude. One even said do you want it or not when we deliberated after they said a pizza would be 50 minutes. All the delivery staff were very pleasant though.
