: The hotel was fabulous to stay at. The check in process was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was super - we had the Western style buffet and it was great. The location was perfect for exploring a number of districts.

: We didn’t realise that it was located as part of a bigger set of hotels and therefore it didn’t feel as intimate and authentic as we were expecting. However, it was still fabulous as a hotel.

: Among the best of Japanese luxury hotels. Huge Room with large bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed with great pillows. Definitely the most refreshing stay during our 2 week trip to Japan. We stayed in the Japanese style rooms, overlooking the central garden area with cherry blossoms. Also, the hotel has complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea in the various sections during the day, as well as a sort of cocktail hour with apps and drinks (including alcohol) from 5-7pm. A wonderful touch.

: Nothing. As they say, you pay for what you get. If you do your research, Shinagawa isn't in the heart of the Tokyo nightlife. It is a business oriented section of Tokyo, but it's a major connection for the shinkansen, which is very useful. They also have a complimentary shuttle from the station and back.

: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, we were on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to one of the suites and it was absolutely superb. The room had everything you could possibly need, plus yukata and slippers. I would highly recommend the japanese breakfast. Nothing we didnt like about this place!
