: The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was great. The outside balcony in glass so in air conditioning is a great use of the space.

: The location is super convenient - with access to MRT (City Hall) and underpath link to Raffles Link, etc. There are also plenty of food and shops around. Also the soft drinks from the minibar are free. (need to pay for alcohol and snacks)

: Some very small design flaws - e.g. the shower has a bench underneath, but if you want to shower standing up, the main shower does not reach you and the shower with soft pipe is hard to pull out; the fridge door being very close to top of cupboard and your hand gets scratched when you open, etc. Not critical, but would have been great without.
