: Rather Dated. Looks like the hotel has been around for a while and needs some upgrade. Different from Four Seasons Hotels in other locations.

: The staff went out of their way to make us feel valued, greeted us by name, extra touches with peach tea poolside, a bookmark left by the lady who cleaned our room, felt like nothing was too much trouble. The bed was super comfy and we loved our room 1220 - it was everything and more. The coffee machine in the room really made it too - great touch.

: Everything else was ok Except the foul smelling carpet in one of the rooms.

: The room smells with the carpet having bad odor even when they put a humidifier to get rid of the stench.

: Location is very central which is nice. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is splendid. The restaurant catered to our request to our baby food all the time. Even the restaurant was very helpful. Room service was super.
