: What happened with hotels chain is that they follow at of procedures that don't make feel the guest as a person, you are only a number, they just need to charge you for everything and every time you approach to the front desk, you might need to sign something. They hotel is fine, small rooms, good breakfast and very expensive, because for the money we paid I have received in my country I would stay a couple of nights at the four seasons, standard room. Thing is, I rather prefer to book a boutique hotel than a hotel chain, they do not know about good hospitality even if you are paying a standard room as they call, and make you feel as it was the worsth room you can have booked

: They kept us for more than half hour for the check in, same at checkout; then they changed us $400 dollars in advance for any inconveniences; then they gave us a room with twins bed and we booked a queen bed; they tell us that the room they gave was not standard as if we are having a great deal, we claim to change the room so they gave us a standard room with a queen bed which was the same room as previously, we did no see the difference. Then they leave a note at the room that I have to present my self at the front desk because I have to pay something, thing was they committed a mistake and I have to pay more than they told us. Anyway, we did no feel good at this hotel at all.

: Adjacent to Zhongshan mall with Fairprice supermarket, food court, Mc Donalds, starbucks, Starker bistro, 2 thai restaurants, spa, nail salon, pharmacy etc.... Housekeeping very attentive. Money changing machine at the lobby that can change many currencies although rates are more expensive than at the airport, but this is useful if you need cash. Breakfast opens at 6am.

: a bit far from the MTR station, 15 mins walking distance. there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to Novena station but it did not fit my schedule.

: Bedsheets great quality. Bathroom beautiful. Location great, with nice local restaurants.. if you do not mind having to take public transport to city centre. Busses and MRT metro station nearby. Staff very friendly....

: Mattrass bed very (too) soft. For breakfast, would prefer more real wholemeal / brown bread and choices of fresh cut fruit and cheeses. No need to serve fruitsalad from a can. Housekeeping staff great but their workload seems very high: made to work alone to clean all 30 (or more) rooms on entire floor....

: It was clean and luxurious enough to not feel like a dorm or capsule room unlike most of the places in Singapore. The free parking for each day was convenient and easily accessible.
