Disappointing
:
It had a pool
:
The rooms are old and smell weird, old bathrooms that I washed with my sandals on , the extra bed is a mattress in the floor , the restaurant is open and u get eaten by mosquitos , the food is very limited in options , the location is far away to the ports and there is basically nothing left to do besides the little 3 islands nearby

Wonderful

The place itself has so much potential, beautiful garden, big spacious room for family, the pool is one of the best in the island, the view and the beach is really nice.
We really loved it that we extend 3 more nights longer, so 7 nights in total.
Breakfast was nice but maybe need more variation after some days, because if you stay longer than you kinda run out of choice.
Staff are really attentive and friendly, our kids joined some cooking class and Christmas cookies decoration, was fun for them.
We tried the spa and the gym as well, was very nice and relaxing.
Sometimes we also ordered coffee and snacks, was really good to have it by the pool in the afternoon.
The drawback is only that the area is still quite developing and not much going on around, poor garbage management from locals around the beach.
There is not much option for cuisines, no night life but I think its really a big plus if you love a quiet place to unwind far from other touristic hotspot.
We loved it because you can really enjoy the place mostly by yourself, connecting with locals around and see how they really live day by day.
Will definetely come back.

The lobby was nice and the stuff was polite.

We got the villa with private pool.the villa was so dirty, dust everywhere, the pool had floating things inside, the floor of the pool was dirty. The bathroom was the worst . Everything old , dirty like nobody cleans. The plastic thing from the toilet was yellow and discasting,nobody can stay on it. The hotel is like abandoned. In the back of the bathroom they even had the old mouse trap with a bet inside!!
I am really sorry about this hotel. After i talk to the reception they change the villa but nothing changed toomuch. The air conditioning starts to throw water in the room, ok they come to fix it ,but the overall situation was for a 2star hotel and not for 5star.

The staff there don't smile enough, making them seem unfriendly and aggressive. Some of the restaurant staff don't seem to understand what I'm asking, even though I'm Indonesian and speak Indonesian. Do I have to speak English for them to understand? The male staff in the restaurant, who wears a blue t-shirt, are very friendly and always smile, so I feel comfortable talking to them.

Some of front office staff forgot to smile, so it looks unfriendly and fierce. Some of the restaurant staff seem bit confused and not understand what m saying.. even though i m indonesian and speak in bahasa indonesia.. but staff in the blue shirt is nice and helpful..

The hotel has great facilities. Pool, spa, gym... all very nice. Breakfast was also very good. Definitely recommend it for guests looking to have a comfortable stay while visiting Lombok.

Sauna could use some maintenance/upgrade. But overall experience was great at the hotel.

The view of the villa and the staff are friendly.
:
1-The location is very faaaaar from anywhere, so that means you need to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sundancer Restaurant. You won’t be able to do any activity.
2- The room is nothing like the pictures shown on booking, it’s definitely not a 5 stars I will give it a 3 stars hotel.
3-The room is so dirty and filled with dead insects and alive lizards, spiders and wasps. Note that the doors have gap that allows the insects and lizards to walk in freely to the villa.
4-They kept adding fees out of nowhere. (Example: on my last day they said I needed to pay extra fees of delivering the breakfast that is included in my reservation to be delivered to my room, that was mentioned before that is free of charge and was staying for 5 nights)
