: The rules of the spa weren’t followed and staff didn’t seem to care. It was unsanitary and dangerous for the 4-10 under 6 y/o kids that were allowed in there by irresponsible parents and staff, not to mention extremely stressful for me having worked closely with children and being a parent myself. I also spent a lot of money on room service and they got much of my order wrong in addition to the description not matching what was served. It felt like they ran out of items and swapped for very cheap replacements.

: the hotel needs a major face life. it's run down. my heating was broken the first night- had to call 2 times to have it fixed. it all seems a bit run down. but the staff was really nice.

: The Concierge did a phenomenal job with booking our dinner for us. Shuckers was a great restaurant to have easy access to.

: Only one person was checking people in, and there was a problem with the guest in front of us. As a result it took quite a while to get checked in. Many staff looked and appeared to notice the line but did nothing. The hotel claims 1 "free" water a day. Nothing was replenished in the room after the first day. The Lowe's hotel has a much nicer bathroom with bigger bathtub. I wasn't impressed with the tiny bathtub at your hotel. The construction wasn't horrible, but it made things confusing - i.e. couldn't find bathrooms and some of the vendors that were advertised in windows weren't available. The extra fee for urban whatever is crap. We don't use any of the amenities it is supposed to supply, and the hotel didn't even keep up their end of things by simply providing bottled water - you charge an extra fee per day that is supposed to partially cover bottled water, and you don't even hold up to that. Why would I use a bicycle in the winter when it's miserable outside? The car usage for 2 mile radius wasn't ever available. The extra fee is nothing but a SCAM to get extra $$.

: I really liked the staff at this hotel. Very friendly and at times above and beyond to help out. I injured my foot lately and staff really made sure I got to my suit safely. Also, I enjoyed the variety of drinks and good provided in the suit.

: I did not like that the parking was not available for a reasonable rate, especially since we stayed for 3 days and having spent 60$ a night is a lot. I would also say that the TV should be upgraded since this was the first place I stayed at that did not provide a TV either big enough or, options like connecting online apps (Netflix, Disney+).

: Noise from renovations was ridiculous (be aware works will go until summer 2020). The noise Started at 730am and you couldn’t stay in the room it was that loud (and we were on the 9th floor). A shame as we booked a suite to enjoy the room. All the staff apologised continually but it didn’t make up for ruining our stay - we ended up staying away in the day as long as possible to avoid the noise (no indication of the works prior to arrival either as we would have stayed elsewhere) Shower and bath were disappointingly small. Pool area was very tired. Spa not clean.
