: Location, staff and food were great!

: The fitness area is outdated. Wouldn’t hurt to bring more weights, barbells, etc. People who want to stay fit while on vacation are clearly not taken into consideration here. Private pool is one floor up. Totally uncomfortable since the whole point of private pool is to have it by the room. Ended using it only once. Maintenance issue on our last day. My girlfriend nearly burned her hand since the stream in the shower jumped from cold to to burning hot. This is extremely dangerous. Imagine that it could be someone’a face.

: Big manicured territory, clean private beach. Beautiful garden and view from my room. No busy roads near - quiet place for relax. Shuttle from the hotel to main town everyday. Quit duck lives near the pool :)

: Food in main restaurant for Suits was awful in october 2019. Usual canteen (oversalted, overdone, warm soft cucumbers in greek salad). This food was spread on big white plates as if we are in michelin restaurant. Fish and greek restaurants were good. But i was not able to book them though I was booking for one person and october is not high season:(

: The people where very friendly and professional as it should be.

: The room was very bad and not maintained at all , things where very much broken in the room in and the whole hotel needs a lot of renovation. For a 5 star ⭐️ hotel it needs to be better then what we saw. No parking place , water in the bad room window glass, chandelier broken , stairs broken have a look at the pictures. Outdoor lights that do not work in the evening , that’s something very dangerous for especially elderly people. The hotel can be great , but this this needs to be fix.

: The location. Good service of some staff members. Quiet and Wonderfull views and weather.

: The rooms are bit outdated. My pool was in a corner no privacy. Old furniture, curtains and bed-linen nor 4 stars. The buffet was messy, few choices and desert table messy. Waiters in the buffet restaurant with bad attitude. In small restaurants the menu were repetitive, slow and low quality of beverage. Beach with big rocks impossible to enjoy the sea. The rest of the staff very nice but not proactive. The complex need to be refresh and needs to be more friendly for all inclusive customers. low value for money

: We stayed in the suites, and therefore had an exclusive a la carte restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Excellent food and staff is fantastic; Katerina at Alazonia restaurant made our stay fabulous. The team at the pool bar was doing a perfect job in serving us cold cocktails and drinks whenever we liked; thanks to Stelios, Giorgos and Anneta!

: When you are too late, it can be hard to find a sunbed in the shade. There is not a lot of things to do outside the resort if you are by foot only. Beaches in Rhodos are not nice.
