: The evening staff was good. It was clean place. Near to the main places to visit..

: I couldn't reach there as I missed my flight and requested to waiver off one day but they refused. First I was given a very small tiny room where it was suffocating. Then on my inquiry about the bath tub they switched my room with a better one.

: After many years coming to this hotel they gave me the worst room in hotel even I booked comfortable double room. Room number was 001, just behind elevator listening all night elevator and water in bathroom, because who ever used bathroom in this vertical you can here like is next to you. I complained but they couldn’t find solution and tomorrow morning they offered to to pay extra for deluxe room. I agreed and at the end on check out I found that they invoiced this extra for all stay even first night I stay in this horrible room.

: Great Breakfast and Great Location

: Alot of noise on the ground floor all night. When i checked in i got send to the wrong room which was on the 6th floor where the key didnt work and then got sent to my correct room

: All staff were always available for any request or question, They were extremely friendly. The single room i stayed in was cleaned every day , fresh towels, tissues , toilet roll and the location to the Louvre was under a 10 minute walk.

: Maybe have diary free milk like almond or coconut for vegans at Breakfast . You can hear tv noise from the adjoining rooms around you .

: Hotel is small, rooms are smaller than standard, no sound isolation either from outside nor inside. All the time you have filling that window is open and that you are sharing room with neighboring couples and families. Two very small elevators are not enough for this hotel. Old fashioned bathroom.

: Breakfast was excellent but I did not like eating in the basement. Our room was basic and clean. I like a hotel that has dining facilities. We got back to the hotel Wednesday after walking for hours and had to walk to a restaurant for dinner. It was pouring rain and fortunately our walk back to the hotel was only one block. We got back to the hotel late on Friday and again had to walk to a restaurant for dinner. It would have been nice to have dinner at the hotel.

: There are no facilities in the hotel - no gym, no pool, no spa, no dining room, no gift shop and no ambiance.

: I really liked the boutique style hotel, the staff was very kind, the surroundings were amazing! Was very welcoming and comforting to get back at the end of the day! Really enjoyed the stay!

: The view from my room was quite boring, and I had to make sure people from the facing hotel didn’t see me from their windows... also my room was next to the elevator - too much noise!
