: The hotel was really clean friendly and laid back. We enjoyed the food especially room service when we had been out all day. The breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of cuisine to cater for all nationalities. The staff were always helpful and happy. The beach was beautiful and very relaxing.

: In the room the wardrobe space was ridiculous with no draws. The one sliding door meant half the wardrobe was always open?? Very strange

: The beach were not verry good and didn't satisfied me at all , it was full of green in the water , i think the location it self is the issue cuz the hotel were taking care of the beach cleaners every day at the morning.

: Everything at Inaya is high quality. We had such an amazing time, finishing our time in Bali there for 3 nights. We had a room with a lagoon pool which was such a luxury and the room itself was very comfortable and spacious. The pools are beautiful and there is such a great variety of places to relax, whether that be poolside or on the stunning beach. There were so many choices at the breakfast buffet and all the staff we met were so friendly and helpful.

: Nusa Dua itself is very much a resort type place, the prices are much higher than other parts of Bali - we had travelled around other areas in Bali before finishing here and we were so glad we did - you don't really get a taste for the real Bali from here but that's fine if you're just after a perfect relaxation! The only downside for us was a very noisy water boiler system in our room which seemed to be connected to other rooms as well. It made a loud thud noise throughout the night. It affected us one night by waking us up a few times and we would have said something had we stayed there longer. Other than this I cannot fault this beautiful hotel.

: Very disappointing. Huge resort, full of tourists, noisy, far from trafitional balinese style and atmosphere. Very expensive for what it is. Maybe good for families but not for a couple, not intimist at all. The room was noisy , we could hear other people in the corridors. The only nice thing was the access to the lagoon and the size of the room, and the large choice of food for the breakfast but the restaurant was too noisy and we had to wait to find a table (7.30 it was full already). Nice beach in front of the hotel

: The room was a bit dated and would need a little tlc. Didnt like that the walls in the rooms were repainted really poorly, made the room feel way less nice than it was.

: Great location, big resort with massive bedrooms and beautiful gardens. Food was amazing and definitely worth while getting breakfast included within your stay. Also very close to shops.

: Not being able to pay for items on your room unless you gave the hotel your bank card because it takes three days to clear and having to pay for accommodation at the start of the holiday instead of at the end.

: Frontbeach location is absolutely the best in all east coast of Nusa Dua (if sunset is not a must-see). Extremely friendly staff, perfectly clean rooms, good food service on the beach, nice and clean swimming pool. Hotel is 5 minutes away walking distance from Bali Collection (a very nice outdoor shopping mall with lots of restaurants) Well assorted breakfast.

: Beach was most of the time dirty with sea's dead green garbage. While there were 3 people cleaning it, cleaning was done only once in a while or sometimes not at all for hours, in any case, not full time as would be needed. Done in the most inefficient way, by digging a hole on the beach and burying the garbage there. Which then would be unearthed once the high tide comes again. A real pity, considering the water colour is crystal clear. I also didn't like the system "pay as you go" instead of charging to room service. Having to bring money to the beach to pay for drinks or lunch is not the best.
