: Size of room was very small and photos on booking.com didnt reflect how small they were. Only one of the two lifts was working the entire 9 days we were there. No views due to the entire building being covered in scaffolding so rooms were darker than usual and very little natural light could come through. We were never made aware of this work and the hotel staff didn't seem to care about any of our concerns.

: No room service for 24 hours despite reporting issue 3 times to reception. The windows were opaque therefore we had no view at all.

: The concierge was unbelievable . Miles was phenomenal . The house cleaning manager was very attentive but he only got involved because there was a problem.

: The woman checking us in when we arrived was unfriendly and rude. We scheduled a specific time for turn down and when we arrived to our room after dinner much later in the evening it still hadn’t been done

: Massive and noisy construction project next door which was not made clear to me at any point during the booking. The entrance to the hotel is blocked by the construction. Reception staff we’re moody and never smiled. Elevators took forever. Property is tired and needs refurbishment. Staff in restaurant were cold and unfriendly.

: Great location, however there is construction scaffolding surrounding the hotel.

: The small interior Superior King room felt like a bomb shelter with no window. The fire alarm was triggered 3 times by the hotel cleaning staff in the middle of the night. It was scary and awful! Totally unacceptable.

: Location was good, but that was the only one. Also cleaning of the room was good.

: Hotel is under construction and it was not mentioned. Fire alarms were going on and off several times also during the noght without real reason. There were only two elevators and the other one was out of function very often. Over all quality of the hotel was far from descriptions.
