: The room is spacious and the bed comfortable, matched with great services, luxurious design, and proximity to downtown attractions. The doorman also helps you hail a taxi that costs $15 per person to the airport, greatly appreciated on a busy day.

: It is located on the famous Bourbon Street, and it could be both lively and noisy outside at night. The hotel has very good sound proofing though, so it doesn't affect the sleep quality.

: Several staff members told us R’evolution was closed and even argued with us about it. Concierge and front desk were rude. One even said she gets off in a hour and really didn’t care. Bizarre for a high quality hotel.

: People were nice, breakfast was great and the scenery . There were an abundance of restaurants near by. This hotel is in the heart of the French quarter. I would definitely stay here again!

: When checking in there was an issue with the room we requested. The room was no longer available. The cost of the room viewing Bourbon Street was priced differently than the inside view. The person that checked us in offered us a $50 credit (he was not clear for what). I later inquired (respectfully) why I was being still charged the same rate. After receiving confirmation we were later offered $100 per night (seems more accurately priced). I inquired if I still had the $50 credit and was told yes, it could be used any where within the establishment) I asked if my account would be properly noted I was told yes. Upon checkout I had to remind them of the adjustment and there was no note related to the credit. I was told that I needed to speak with a manager. The manager was not there. Once I made it back home, I contacted the manager and they adjusted my price. I also found out (though a credit card transitions) that we were charged $14 for water that was supposed to be in the room, but was never there. Though we had this minor experience. I would definitely stay here again and the issues that I encountered were taken care of properly when I spoke with a manager (he was friendly as well).

: The location on Bourbon street gave us the ability to walk the street and not be too far when we wanted to rest

: Very pricey for what you get. The rate for daily valet parking for hotel guests is outrageous. Staff was pleasant but not overly friendly. Our bathroom still hope soap drippings in the tub and something that had dripped in the front of the sink that wasn’t wiped off

: the mattress needs to be turned (top to bottom). the top went downhill as opposed to raised a little
