: The towels had hairs all over them, even when we went to the desk for more they had hairs filled all over them. There were 2 wasps in our room, uncomfortable bed and very unclean. Would not recommend

: The personnel were all very nice.

: The beds were old and caved in. They were also so low to the floor it was difficult to get out of them. The sink and shower drained extremely slowly. The floor of the shower had no support and flexed making it unstable.

: It's about 15 minutes away from local attractions.

: Wasn't very clean. Shower was dirty. They would fix the bed with dirty sheets. Asked for clean sheets several times and didn't get anyone to come over and change the sheets.

: Nicole B manager made the whole situation of canceling my services awful and she lied on multiple occasions about my cancelation saying she never had my reservations.Then said she wouldn't refund me until we should cancelation then when sent two people confirmed was recieved and she still continued to lie.Poor service and not manager material needs to improve customer services skills and needs to learn some honesty and integrity which she lacks !!!Will not use them.
