: Everything was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The included breakfast was quite good as hotel breakfasts go and it was great having the option to eat dinner in the hotel, which we did one night. I picked this hotel as it is an airport hotel and has a pickup spot on the Starline Bus tours which we were doing while in LA.

: There was no in room safe which was unexpected. Our room was great except it was an adjoining room and both evenings at bedtime we had neighbours that you could hear talking as if they were in our room. The rest of the time our room was fairly quiet.

: Location is good for beachside places but far to other places. Breakfast was good, they can include vegetables instead of 2 varieties of scrambled eggs.

: Parking Fee of 25$ is charged per day. And Facial tissues aren't good.

: The room was clean and comfortable (no bed bugs). Free airport shuttle was good but not particularly on time, so needed to leave a bit earlier. Pool on the 4th floor was really nice :)

: The staff could have been more polite, I did not feel that welcomed. I had a half used shampoo bottle in my room, but luckily after asking, the staff brought me new ones.

: Breakfast was good but morning front seat staff were very rude. Even to the customers checking out and on the phone. They were put out they had to deal. With people. However, night staff were awesome.

: Daytime staff were put out by helping customers. I watched as they were rude with people checking out and someone from a room called. The lady answering the phone was even more put out she had to send someone upstairs. Was very rude to us when asking a question about a charge and another reservation we had for the following night. I use to stay there a lot but due to the attitudes from day personnel, there are too many other places we can stay without feeling we shouldn’t be there.

: Comfortable well appointed room - great to have an iron and ironing board. Convenient for airport and free shuttle service was very useful. Macdonalds next door and a couple of other options for eating.

: No room safe - the first hotel on a month long trip without one. I ended up staying much longer than expected and the hotel location was then a problem- no usable public transport options. I ended up using Uber, which worked ok. Some building works were going on. They were not a problem for me, but it meant that the hotel had LOCKED the middle emergency staircase exit door. I was on the top (10th) floor and questioned this with a receptionist. Her reply - don't worry, we'd still get you out! There were two further exits at each end of the corridor, so I was reasonablely OK about this. But I wouldn't have known if I didn't try the door, which I do in all hotels so I know where and how to get out. The point was that there was no temporary signage on the door or in the rooms to point this situation out. What would happen in a real emergency?
