: loved the door people and the greeting every time they saw you, the curry eve was super delicious, breakfast was good although we only had cold breakfast, (croissant and ham and cheese and yoghurt) location is brilliant, the bar and restaurant all very lavish. Beds are super comfy and crispy clean. very quiet no road noise.

: I didn't like the lack of lamps in our room which was also smaller than I expected, we put the main lights on which are super bright and flickered? Bathroom was nothing special, no frills and the shower gushed out on to the floor under the shower guard.

: Perfect location to get around London. Just a couple of mins walk to Buckingham Palace and Victoria station. Restaurants, bars, shops just right outside the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and great drinks at the bar. Nice live music

: Most of the guests staying here are old people. They always complained that we played music too loud, even though it wasn’t loud when we turned the music to lowest sound as it possible and still got complaints. So we moved to another hotel after 2 nights, otherwise everything else was great here

: Good breakfast even if i found strange to have just one option to order for breakfast from The menu , strange for a 5* hotel ! Autenticity of the bar and restaurant area ! That ‘s all good part of this hotel !

: To many things to write them all here , but especially the rooms which are maxim 3 * hotel ! House keeping department always late - the reason ? They said sorry but we are very busy today ( but they have so much staff that this shouldn’t be a problem ) ! Superficial cleaning and a lot of mistakes - last night they left a trail with food in my room where was some meat and all kinds of things on it probably from another room but when i get last night into the room it was a cooked smell very bed in all the room because of this - this is unpardonable mistake for a so called 5* property ! Too bad because the position and the historic building could provide much better facilities and confort ! Let’s not mention missing of at least a minimal gym ! To many things ... plenty of better options in London for sure ! From my experience !

: Booking was a little unclear for room type. Thought we were getting a small colourful room - ended up with a small brown/cream room which was a bit underwhelming after the rest of the building
