: Very spacious, high ceilings, new furniture, nice and good equipped kitchen including a washing machine; lovely details (cookbooks, Nespresso capsules, tea bags and water complimentary). Nice neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, boutiques, Salisbury supermarket very closely located.

: A bit noisy in the master bedroom; neighbor played loud music, only one toilet brush for two bathrooms.

: Location v good. Pleasant kitchen. Good size for 4 people.

: Bathroom shower didn’t work properly. Lack of air conditioning. A fan in each bedroom and the lounge would have been good.

: The building has a restaurant on the ground floor and the apartment is right above the kitchen of the restaurant. And the apartment shares the balcony with the kitchen’s venting pipes, which not only make a lot of noise but also make the whole apartment (particularly the smaller bedroom) shaking when the kitchen is in use (17:00-23:30). If you are sensitive about noises, you probably should not choose this apartment. Also the apartment do not have ac, so it gets sweltering in summer.

: The place was gorgeous. The check in was extremely easy and the communication with the staff was quick. The facilities were really good. The hygiene was upto the mark. Felt very comfortable and at home. The place is centrally located. lots of restaurants close by. There is a sainsburry just below the apartment. Over all we had a great experience. will surely come back.

: The kitchen should have had a little more dishes. They also did not have small bowls which made it a bit difficult.

: The apartment was advertised as sleeping 4 adults. That certainly wasn’t the case. It only had one double bed. The so called sleeper couch was a disgrace. It may have slept one adult

: Spacious, lovely and so many closets for storage. Washing machine is available which was great for a family with young children. Lovely kitchen with great appliances. Location is perfect in Notting hill, few steps from the bus station and 15 min walk to Hyde park. Many good restaurants downstairs and Halal restaurants too. Lovely area to be in within London city. I will consider booking this flat again on my next visit.

: I would have preferred if they offered at least onetime cleaning service for free for my 7 days stay. The bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable and over used or the mattress is not good quality The window of the master bedroom is facing the street and can be very noisy at night. I think they should fix thicker curtains to minimize the sound a little or fix double glass windows. It can get very noisy on weekends. Some of the sheets of the pillows seemed over used as it can be evidenced by the level whiteness of the sheet. That was my disappointment.
