Wonderful
:
The entrance and lobby were so extremely grand and the room even more so! Really happy with first impressions
:
We went out all day Saturday, we left at 9am and got in at 7pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned and bed hadnt been made. It meant we had no clean towels to shower with before we went out, so we didn’t shower before dinner. Which was disappointing.

Excellent
:
Very clean and the staff were lovely and helpful
:
The location is not great not a lot around have to walk or tube for anything, unless you don’t mind paying £18 for a cocktail in the hotel bar.

Exceptional
:
Welcoming and helpful reception, there are spa/swimming pool/fitness facilities, check out at 12pm (other places usually at 10am), there is a restaurant and a roof top terrace bar, sound proof rooms which isolate most of the noice from the said bar and the street.

Got up graded room because it was my birthday, greeted with champagne at reception then they even added balloons on the bed and other extras! ❤️
Hotel and pool facilities were amazing
:
Location is central but still a little travel to get to centre where shops are, but still amazing.

Montcalm generally do well with luxury hotels. This was the third property by them I've stayed in - and I'm pleased to say this was also a hit. The building the hotel is built into is beautiful. Very friendly and helpful reception staff - had a glass of complimentary prosecco whilst checking in and got a free room upgrade! Room was nice - everything clean and tidy - all well equipped. Full Sky TV package with all the channels. Great rain shower. Comfy bed. Got free access to the lounge area with upgrade - free drinks and snacks. Breakfast on offer in the lounge was adequate although a little limited in choice (other paid for breakfast options available that I didn't try). Bar area downstairs looked nice (shuffleboard tables!) but I didn't get time to try it. Roof terrace and restaurant equally looked good. Location also good - within walking distance of both Liverpool Street and Old Street tube stations and a bus stop in the doorway. This is a great hotel - I'd definitely stay here again.
:
The control panel for lights/aircon in our room seemed to stop working one night. It was late so we ignored it rather than ask reception for help and by the following morning it worked again. Nothing too serious - seemed a bit wobbly though.
Its very expensive to stay here - but, it is a luxury hotel and it is central London, where everyone seems to charge such price. If you can stretch your budget, it is worth going for though.

Not enough information, and the spa facilities are very small!
