: The apartment is clean modern and pleasant. The staff are great. It was nice to be able to open the windows at night.Quiet too. Connections to subway and bus very good The German bakery a few doors away is excellent and their croissants are Paris standard. Butter butter butter. Makes a great breakfasts Sandwiches good too

: Ground floor is very boxed in and we had a view of a cement wall just a metre away. But otherwise we liked the place and the neighbourhood was very pleasant and convenient The apartment is clean modern and functional

: Very clean property. The use of washing and drying facilities in the room was a welcome feature. We hired the properties bicycles which was an easy process.

: Quiiet location. Spacious & very comfortable. Excellent amenities. Well stocked kitchen, excellent shower, very comfy bed, decent laundry facilities. 5-10 mins walk to nearest bus or metro. Lots of thought has gone into what travellers may need including detailed maps of restaurants, shops & Kyoto attractions, with info of which transport to take. Wish more places were like this. Complementary coffee & breakfast croissants were a lovely touch. Excellent bakery next door & recommend Kushimamma.for dinner. The property also accepts luggage forwarding which was helpful. The bags were delivered to our apartment too.

: Heavily screened balcony made it a bit gloomy but as we were out most of the time it wasn't a major issue

: Exceeded expectations with great facilities, excellent aircon, lovely decor, very friendly staff and spacious rooms. Loved the wet room which was much used!
