: Location, location, location. BTW the space is also big despite of the fact the layout of rooms is not that reasonable (to me at least). The glass doors are very insulative to help you aviod the nosie of river and traffic.

: Basiclly no service, so if you want to compare the price with others, it is suggested to be compared with other home stay or airbnb apartment rather than other big brand or chain hotels, as the price, is literrally without any service (ex. we were welcomed by a towel with not a small piece of blood at the first night we showerd; when we were run out of soap, it was not been provided with an extra until we told them to...). The japanese style bedroom is not for real use as is lack of window (there are windows, which facing a wall 10cm next to the room. When you open it, you can even see a snipe laying between the window and wall notwithstanding it is a non-smoking hotel) and if you need them to make bed(s)(as shown on the pictures of booking.com), they will charge additonal fees.

: There was no breakfast. The website showed that a french restaurant would provide inhouse catering, but it did not advise that you needed to give three days notice, so there as nothing.
