: It’s located in a very silent area of Joburg. Nice place for relaxing but we have had also business meetings with a smaller group there. The staff is very supportive, friendly and reliable. The breakfast was very good and they offer during the week also dinner. The Rosebank shopping mall is 7 min walk from this hotel with a lot of restaurants, supermarkets etc.

: The property is lovely, it feels like you are in a friend’s home. Location is perfect I. A residential street, but walking distance from restaurants and mall.

: I believe staff was in training and sometimes requests that should Be easily fulfilled were received with negative, but again, I believe it was inexperience.

: The place was BEAUTIFUL!!! It felt as if you were staying at a wonderful house. The rooms were very spacious and the decoration was AMAZING!! The neighborhood was elegant and felt safe. All the other houses around also looked beautiful!! It looked like a strictly residential area, but there was a big mall within a 10-minute walk (they told us we could walk during the day, but should take a taxi after dark).

: I thought the breakfast was a little poor for a five-star Hotel. They made wonderful eggs to order, but there was no other option of a hot dish, like pancakes, waffles or French toast. Breakfast was: fruit, cereal, yogurt, nuts, eggs and toast (with cream cheese, butter and jam). There was also no cake or other type of bread. The staff was very polite, but seemed to be following a script... the owner was always around and she was very friendly and tried to make up for the “script-following-Staff”.
