: Laura, she is make me feel this is not far away from home. She is very helpful. The team is very trustable because at the second night I move to the new room but I forgot ring and watch at the old room for overnight but the cleaner still keep it back to me. At check out time the maneger come to talk with us because he want to know feedback from customer. I feel all staff want to improve their service all the time.

: Booked this for my in-laws Birthday surprise. Paid months in advance with my own card. Received a call from my in-laws when they wanted to check in saying they wouldn't check them in without the payment card even though they had been sat on my money for months. They forced my in-laws to pay again on their own card. Dreadful and ruined everything for them! Still no refund of my money in my account or any apology. Sneaky rules on Booking.com about presenting the card hidden away do not help at all. Be careful if you are booking for someone else!

: It is located near both to my conference venue and public transportation. It is within a redeveloped neighborhood and is a modern, design hotel with an indoor pool and spa.

: There was not enough space/staff in the reception area and it tended to be easily crowded with clients and I had to wait in a line to get a simple answer. Also, there was not a “business center” where I could do some work like printing some documents though the concierge took care of the printing.

: lovely stay, relaxing and friendly staff. Check in and out was quite slow though maybe have one more staff on duty at busier periods. Other than that cannot say anything bad about this hotel.

: Modern hotel with a good location in Northern London. Room was good sized with all amenities. Spa and swimming pool was very nice. Good connection to the subway
