: The pictures of the rooms on the booking site were deceiving, the duplex was very shabby needed updated, kitchen equipment was very poor, nothing like the smart pictures on booking.com.The restaurant wasn't good, food was cold.

: The staff is very shy and the breakfast is alright, often some of the food was finished if we came a little late to the breakfast.

: The waiting and bar staff were helpful and friendly. The gardens and apartments well maintained. The location was perfect for Trou aux Biches beach, shops and local restaurants. The parking was convenient.

: The photos here on Booking are many years old. The rooms are very deteriorated. We had a water leakage in the bathroom (probably from the upper room), but needed to stay in the same room until the end of our stay. Everything in the bathroom was wet (walls, toilet paper) that even fungi started to grow on the walls which became every day bigger and bigger (literally). Furthermore, the cleaning staff was so untrained that they did not know the meaning of the Do not disturb sign on the door. Despite the sign, they entered every day, left all doors and windows open and all lights switched on (even after they left) and as consequence we needed to spend every evening with a 1-2 hours mosquito hunt. So if you get another hotel in Trou aux Biches, book it. We cannot recommend this hotel at all.
