: The bar/restaurant and room staff were excellent! They catered for our needs with courtesy and grace that made imbibing our drinks and meals that much more special. They engaged with us in a way that will make us want to come to your restaurant if I am ever in Granada again - to say hello and enjoy their company over a drink/meal!

: Price of breakfast and parking was very high especially since we were there for 10 days. The desire to provide guided tours or basic information about Museums/Art Exhibitions was as disappointing as the tourist office in town. For example, the hotel quoted me a price tag of 99 euros /person to undertake a 45 minute drive to the Sierra Nevada Mountains with an additional price tag of 25 euros/person to enjoy the views for 1 hour! Tripadviser provided an off road 4X4 6 hour drive with stunning views/short breaks for fresh figs, almonds, blackberries, 3 course lunch and a drink for 60euros/person. Disappointingly, the hotel reception declined to arrange this tour for me.

: Beautiful old building with wonderful old preserved rooms (suites). On-site parking was super useful and the valet service worked well.

: The breakfast is disappointing, not worthy of a luxury hotel, more like a three-star experience. Could have more fresh and warm options and better service. The spa is nice but the noise is too much in the treatment rooms. Not the best value-for-money.

: The location of the hotel was amazing and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were very spacious, and the beds very comfortable. The staff in the spa were very friendly towards my children.

: As we required interconnecting rooms, there were limited choices. I booked the hotel hoping for a room with some features, but ours, whilst deliberately minimalist, were a little blank and dark for my liking (and for the money). The pool Was also more of a Plunge pool though it was great as a jacuzzi for the children.
