: Limited choices on room service menu, no pool or gym. Rooms are very noisy...but the hotel is on the Main Street.

: The welcome drink/candy station was a blessing in the heat. The staff were extremely helpful, especially with regards to parking. The rooms were clean and neat. The location was great - we walked everywhere! There’s a main street 2 minutes away, and behind the hotel is the walk up to the Albaicín. Lots of food choices in both areas. The view from the rooftop at sunset!

: If you’re driving yourself there, finding the place is a mission, the roads around it have restricted access which can be confusing.

: Great location and very friendly helpful staff.

: The roof top bar is only open from Thursday to Sunday. We were not aware of that and the area they show in the photos make it look bigger than it is. Sadly the staff do not stay at the bar, so we had to call down to reception to get somebody to come back to the bar to serve us.

: The location is excellent, only 10 mins from the Cathedral and the old quarter. It has a lovely rooftop terrace bar with great views of the Alhambra.

: They didn't fix our leaking bathroom sink despite it being reported twice. You must park in a nearby car park at 22 euros per day. Breakfast is expensive at 24 euro pp but there are plenty of cafes outside.

: the check-in was at 3pm, which was quite late. We waited at the hotel restaurant for a while and our room wasn't ready until 3:20

: The hotel has a very good location, we were in a beautiful, clean and spacious suite that has a balcony with overview to the Alhambra and to the Cathedral, it is really wonderful.

: Selection offered at breakfast is not "5-star", not too much fantasy in it. Rooftop terrace is beautiful but no any service available. It would be good to have a bar there and we could have a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace.
