: THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS GREAT VERY CLOSE TO ALL OF THE HISTORICAL ATTRACTIONS OF FLORENCE. THE STAFF IS KIND AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM ITSELF WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST AREA HAS A GOOD WIEW.

: THE BATHROOM WAS VERY VERY SMALL, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN MAKE THE MAKE UP. THE HEATER OF THE BATHROOM WAS NOT WORKING. THE BATHROOM WAS TERRIBLY COLD THAT WE CANNOT TAKE A SHOWER. THE ROOM WAS ALSO VERY COLD, IT TOOK 5HRS FOR THE AC TO HEAT THE ROOM. I DONOT RECOMMEND TO COME TO THIS HOTEL WITH THE CHILDREN. DURING THE NIGHT TIME, A COLD WIND WAS COMING FROM THE BATHROOM SO THE DOOR MUST STAY ALWAYS CLOSED.

: The breakfast was very good -- more options than many European hotels. The rooftop terrace and restaurant had outstanding views, good food and nice drinks. The location is convenient for sightseeing, but maybe a little too close to the madding crowds on Ponte Vecchio. There was quite a bit of street noise going on all through the night into the wee hours of morning.

: Rooms are tiny. Sound-proof windows would be a good addition.

: Great location for this hotel. We booked it on a special deal day through Booking.com which helped us afford it more. It may not have been worth it for the initial price, but we are happy we stayed here! They upgraded us to a Triple for no charge when we got there, and even though we were early, they let us put our stuff in our room right away, which was phenomenal after traveling and pushing suitcases to the hotel from the train station (we decided to walk rather than cab- doable, but the streets don't make it easy!) We could easily walk everywhere, and the rooftop bar was cool. Pricey, but definitely worth going for a drink. Breakfast had plenty of Italian and American options.
