: Nicely decorated hostel, free towels and bed sheets, hostel was cleaned every morning, city center is well accessible by foot, nice staff, good breakfast, free coffee/drinks the whole day through

: Beds were very squeeky/unstable and if the person on top of you moves it feels like an earthquake. Showers were cleaned every morning, but as there were very few showers for the number of guests, they were gross again very quickly (a lot of hairs everywhere). There was some mold on the walls in the bathroom. Rooms got very hot. The kitchenette was not well equipped (i.e no proper knives to cut things) (there was free dinner but as a vegetarian there was often suitable to eat so i cooked for myself). Also, there was no where to sit comfortably ( the beds were too low to sit up straight).

: Very generous in terms of providing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

: Too much noise in the middle of the night coming from bedrooms. People laughing and screaming at 1 am, the hostel shouldn't allow this type of behaviour.

: The location was wonderful, I didn't even need to use public transport. Breakfast was good and they also served dinner. It was clean and comfy

: The beds are quite low and it is a bit cramped, but beside that, it was all good

: I liked everything about the Hostel. Toilets were mostly clean except for the busy hours in the morning. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. You don't get that in many hostels. It was also a lively place. Met many different travelers.

: It is slightly far from Florence SMN station but still walkable.

: Very friendly and helpful staff. Foods & beverages were really good, especially the breakfast. Bathroom was clean. Sheets were spotless and beds are comfortable. Thank you for everything.

: Toilet seat cover falls on your back when you sit. Otherwise bathroom is perfect.

: 6 beds in a room is too much, i think 4 for those room is sufficient

: The dormitory room is a bit small but always clean , there are big lockers for each. The staff are nice and one of staff Gisel is kind and made my trip fun. ( thank you )I enjoyed Firenze, hope to come again .

: Walk distance to the center of the city but I feel it a bit long

: - Good location (when you exit the building- turn left and in 12-15 minutes you’re right in front of Duomo); - Free food all day: * Decent breakfast with many options (fresh pastries, sandwiches, ham-cheese-eggs, yogurts, granola, nuts, jams, big jar of Nutella and even honey in combs;) * Pastries for lunch; * Italian pasta and fresh veggies salad for dinner; - Free coffee-tea 24/7 - amazing!!! (and their espresso machine makes really good coffee) - New, well-furnished rooms (in room #10 there is a nice small balcony to the inner courtyard); - Cleanliness (hostel staff do cleaning every day and even make guests’ beds); - Free towels and complimentary bathroom amenities (body cream); - Free luggage storage; - Shower/toilet facilities can be used at anytime (crucial, especially in cases you leave the city late after checkout)! - Friendly, helpful staff! The BEST value for money!

: Dining room looks a bit battered, but such little things don’t bother you when you meet really nice and interesting people!!!
