: The hotel was great staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was amazing choice wonderful and very pleasant to sit and relax over breakfast. would definitely come back The beds were very comfortable

: Very happy with service in the room the only thing I think could be improved the teabags and no cookies or biscuits in the room also we don't like uht milk fresh milk would have been very nice and some hot chocolate sachets not the best room for a view but that wasn't that important

: The location was perfect, close to wawel castle and old town. The staff were very friendly.

: We had paid for a room with a view of either the river or castle but it was mostly blocked by the front wall of the hotel.

: The room size was perfect and plenty of space. The beds are super comfy. If you get breakfast included, it is delicious and there is lots of food to pick from. Great floor security as you need a keycard to gain access to the elevator going up. Also, if you book a taxi to and from the airport through the hotel, the taxi is super affordable (roughly €18) and the vehicle is top notch.

: The pillows were super flat. Thought with a 5 star hotel that the pool would be bigger. Super small. Needs more seating as there are only 5 lawn chairs and some hooks on the wall. The shower leaked as there is only a half partition glass wall. Had to have the shower head low and made showering a pain.

: The location is very good: next to the river with swans and ducks and a walking distance to a historic centre. The room was quite clean and spacious. The view from a room is nice too. Room service normally was delivered quickly. The room has all essentials. Bathrobes are soft and comfortable.

: The bathtub is quite small, could have been bigger and more comfortable for the hotel of this level. Room is nice but very standard. Breakfast and room service are extremely overpriced and quality was very mediocre.
