: 1. The shower was stuck and water was literally everywhere. We then moved to another room of the same type, where the sink was stuck lol. The staff said that the room was the last one available but we saw availabilities online. 2. I have 4 bites by bed bugs and I am pretty sure I did not have them before getting here. 2. My partner unfortunately had a cut and we asked for disinfectant for the wound. They do not even have essential first aids.

: If you're into boutique Hotels this is a gem in the heart of historical Copenhagen. Our pandemic weekend getaway was splendid, the Hotel is very clean, spacious room and bathroom and a gentle and relaxing ambience in a beautiful setting. And I must add, one of the most amazing cocktails I ever had in their wonderful drink bar! We also had a perfect breakfast brought to our room and service was great overall.

: Amazing location in the center of Copenhagen just one street away from the tourist areas but in a very quite and beautiful street. We were offered free bikes from the hotel who made our stay really really nice and easy.

: It’s hard to find anything bad to say about the hotel because it was so gorgeous but one thing that we noticed was that our room was really really small. With all our luggage we didn’t really have space to move around the room.
