: We were quite pleased with the hotel. The room was standard, but clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location turned out to be great - easy access to the Metro and a quick walk to the Gracia district and shopping along Passeig de Gracia. Supermarket next door. Fabulous tacos at the end of the block (Pikio Taco) and tapas two doors down (Encercle). Would stay here again.

: Our request to stay in a quiet room was granted. Room is clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is variable, with a delicious patisseries and freshly squeezed orange juices, if you wish.

: Room is cramped for three. And there is no any view from the window.

: First they gave us a room (number 609) which stank. It stank sewage. When we reported that, they said they cannot smell because they work there. The next day they offered us another one, which stank less. Not a good way to handle customers.

: Bedroom was comfortable and staff was great, super helpful when needed.

: The hotel was great, however couldn't sleep a whole night given the noise in the hall. I know the hotel cannot do much about it but since the elevator and the rooms are very close, guests coming in during the night were very disrespectful, talking loud, laughing, etc. Maybe put signs or something? People just need to be mindful...some people are here to work and not to party and need to sleep.

: Hotel located just near by Avinguda Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia (very good location), and just 10 min walking from the metro station. The room was large and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. The breakfast was ok. Friendly staff, particularly the guy who helped me with the check in and check out and providing me soon the details needed for my staying at the hotel.

: The lady who was often at the hall was not professional. I asked her for help to solve an issue with my room. It took me a while (3 times on the phone) to convince her to assign me a new room.

: The staff were really helpful and booked us a taxi to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well.

: The pool and pool area are very small. The pool was cold. We asked for a double bed. We had 2 beds pushed together which kept coming apart
